Today, 10 years ago, PonyRec released their first album
On October 4th 2004 PonyRec released the debut album by Halph; Answering Machines.
Since then PonyRec has released more than 30 singles, ep's and albums - and we are not stopping here.
Right now we are preparing releases by SVIN, Green Pitch and Speaker Bite Me - see releasedates under Upcoming Releases

Hi again - it's been a while
It's been very long sice the last update from the PonyRec HQ. We have been very busy with a lot of other stuff - among them becoming the co-chairman of DUP - the organization for Indie Labels in Denmark.
We are happy to let you all know that Green Pitch is back in the studio and have planned to record 2 new ep's for release in 2014. Really looking forward to sharing their new music with all of you.

Alcoholic Faith Mission at the biggest festivals in Scandinavia
Will play Peace & Love tomorrow and Roskilde on Thursday
Alcoholic Faith Mission will leave Denmark tonight and travel 12 hours by bus to play at the legendary Peace & Love Festival.
On Thursday they will be back in Denmark to play Roskilde Festival - the biggest and best Festival in Denmark. We hope to see a lot of you out there.

Sorry for the lack of news lately
It's been a while since we updated the PonyRec site. It has been a very busy winter and we hope to be better in keeping you all up-to-date.
Alcoholic Faith Mission has relaesed their new Ep "And The Running With Insanity EP" - for download. You can buy it here.
Alcoholic Faith Mission has just returned from a 2-week tour in Canada and USA, playing both the Canadian Music Week and SxSW. They had an amazing trip and they will hopefully return very soon.
Marybell Katastrophy have confirmed that they will be playing 2 dates in Germany in May. We hope that a lot of good people will show up to the concerts.
Green Pitch has just finished the recordings for their 2nd Ep of 2011 - and it will be out in stores in August. We hope to have the 3rd Ep ready by October/November.

In January 2011 Green Pitch will release the first of 3 ep's.
The process has been delayed several times, due to manufacturing problems. But we know that we will have the best possible result ready for you all in January.

New Dates
Alcoholic Faith Mission, Anchorless and Green Pitch will be playing live soon
Alcoholic Faith Mission has just returned from a 2 week long European tour. And they are ready for the next one :) But first they will play Start Festival this upcoming Saturday. In July they will play a 3 day tour in Germany and Switzerland.
In a week Green Pitch will travel to New York. They will play one show in the big apple on June 16th.
And last, but not least Anchorless will play Lades, in Copenhagen, this Friday supporting Smith Westerns.
Hopefully a lot of people will show up and enjoy the concerts.

Anchorless has just signed to PonyRec - and we are very happy.
Their selftitled debut will be released on LP and as free download here on www.PonyRec.com and on Anchorless' MySpace page on May 1st.

Alcoholic Faith Mission has just left Copenhagen to embark on the first tour of 2010 in support of their new record "Let This Be The Last Night We Care".
Tonight they are in Hamburg, tomorrow in Offenbach, before going to London, Manchester and Cardiff on their first UK visit ever. Paris is next with 3 dates and Lille will be visited too. Antwerp is the last stop of the tour!

With a fulblown financial crisis on top of the crisis in the music business, we at PonyRec were a bit scared when 2009 started, but luckily 2009 turned out to be the best year for us and our artists so far
We have released 6 albums and a single in 2009 - the most in a single year ever
Jersey, Lily Electric, Green Pitch, Alcoholic Faith Mission, Marybell Katastrophy and Tone all toured Europe. More than 140 concerts in Europe with PonyRec artists
We hope that 2010 will be even better and we hope that you will continue to support us and our artists

Tonight Green Pitch will start their christmas tour
Tonight Green Pitch will start their 2'nd tour of Germany and Switzerland in 2009. They will pass by Uslar, Aachen, Frankfurt and Stuttgart in Germany and Winterthur, Zürich and Bern in Switzerland before heading back to Denmark.

Tonight Marybell Katastrophy will start their first tour of Italy. They will start in Scandicci and pass by Frosinone, Ferrara and Forli before going back to Denmark again.
Tone will play as support for Tortoise
Tone will play as support for Tortoise in Copenhagen, Stockholm and Malmö
Tomorrow Tone will start a short Scandinavian tour as support for the legendary band Tortoise. They will play at Lille Vega in Copenhagen.

A major computercrash
Due to a major computercrash we have been far behind in updating you with news from the PonyRec camp, but finally we are back.
Lily Electric, Alcoholic Faith Mission and Green Pitch has been has been on tour in Europe. And we are very happy that they all enjoyed it on the road. All of them are going on tour again in Fall 09
We have signed to new bands for release in Fall 2009; Tone and Marybell Katastrophy. Both of these bands will also be on tour in Fall 2009

We are pround to announce that we have a ton of new concert dates for almost all of our PonyRec bands
Lily Electric will be going on a full tour of Denmark and Germany
Jersey will be playing live in Denmark in May and we hope that a few dates will be added to their trip.
Green Pitch has confirmed 7 dates in Germany and Switzerland - and there are still a few more to come. We also hope to add some Danish dates soon.
Alcoholic Faith Mission will be playing in Germany in May and they will come back in August for more dates. Alcoholic Faith Mission will also be playing some dates in Denmark - stay tuned!
Livaventura will be supporting Mono in Copenhagen at Loppen here in March.

Lily Electric back from Tour
Lily Electric has just returned back home from their first real German tour.
They supported Slut in 5 cities and they played some of their best shows to date.
Pretty soon the debutalbum; You're In The Painting You Saw will be released - April 17th - and in May Lily Electric will be touring Germany again.

Jersey on European Tour
We are very happy to annouce that Jersey will be on tour in most of Europe - starting in Switzerland in January and ending in Czech Republic in February

Gravy has cancelled some shows in Germany
Sadly Gravy has been forced to cancel some shows in Germany. But they will be playing live in Hamburg on the 14'th of September and hopefully they will be back for a full tour of Germany in December

PonyRec recieves a grant for Majessic Dreams new album
PonyRec have obtained a grant of 20.000 kroner from The Danish Arts Council's Committee for Music for the production of the 2nd album by Majessic Dreams. Its much appreciated! The album is set to release in the fall of 2007.
